Terms and Conditions:

• The complimentary rental car is a Chevy Spark or a credit of $234 towards the rental car of your choice. Includes liability insurance, unlimited mileage, taxes and delivery to airport or ferry terminal. Does not include Comprehensive Damage Insurance that is an optional feature payable to the rental car agency.
• Upgrades are available for additional cost. A credit of $234 per week is applied to the rental car of your choice.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of an upgraded rental car if a Chevy Spark is not available or if a villa requires a four-wheel drive vehicle. Please note that certain villas require a four-wheel drive vehicle. Please check with your villa specialist if your villa requires a four-wheel drive. Guests would be responsible for the price difference between the Chevy Spark and their choice of four-wheel drive vehicle.
• Only applicable to new villa reservations as of March 25, 2010.
• Promotion only available for a minimum one week stay.
• Guests are solely responsible for gas, collision insurance and damages.
• St Barts Blue is not responsible for damages to rental car or rental car performance.
• Promotion is only applicable to villa rentals with a minimum rental rate of $2500 per week. Not applicable to apartment or condo rentals.
• For reservations between December 15, 2010 and April 15, 2011, guests are eligible for the credit of $250 towards the rental car of their choice. A Chevy Spark is not included with villa rentals during this time period.
