Aventura is an extraordinary villa situated in the private estate of Roc Flamands in Flamands on St Barths.

The villa features an exceptional view of Flamands bay and beach as well as the brilliant blues of the Caribbean sea. The islands of Saint Martin and Anguilla are seen in the distance.
The recently refreshed villa offers large terraces, a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi that open towards the tantalizing turquoise blue sea and the beach of Flamands.

The villa is ideally located with a short five minute walk to famous Flamands beach and the renowned Saint Barth Isle de France hotel. Privacy is a main virtue of villa Aventura.

Having three of the bedrooms under the same roof, Aventura is ideal for family holidays.
Special Note on Roc Flamands: Roc Flamands is a set of 14 private villas situated on the heights of Flamands. This private estate is within walking distance to the beach of Flamands. Villas Roc Flamands 5, Roc Flamands 7, Aventura and Art are part of of the popular community.

Four air conditioned bedrooms with four queen beds. Two queen beds can be separated into two twin beds. Master bedroom has a bathroom with shower. Bedroom two and three share a bathroom and bedroom four is an independent studio with a private bathroom and shower.
