Catered lunch options (Pricing is available at checkout and must be ordered at the time of booking. A minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the charter is required.):
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring: - Boarding location: at the charter docks, at the entry of Gustavia, facing the Pharmacy. An operator representative will be present 30 minutes prior to departure, wearing a navy-blue polo shirt with the operator’s logo and matching cap. The representative will contact the boat upon guest arrival. In compliance with harbour regulations, the vessel is reauthorized to approach the dock only after all guests have arrived.

-Motorized toys are restricted in the marine preserve.
Important notice for last-minute changes ( 24 hours before the charter or less):
The vendor's office in Gustavia will make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. However, the feasibility of any request depends on its nature and operational availability. Please note the following:
• Any last-minute changes to the number of guests (additional passengers) must be communicated to the vendor's operations office before guests arrive at the dock. This allows the vendor sufficient time to verify capacity, comply with local regulations, and organize the charter accordingly.
• The dock reception team is dedicated exclusively to welcoming guests and coordinating boarding procedures. They are not authorized to handle booking modifications.
• The crew onboard is not responsible for administrative matters, booking changes, or payment processing, allowing them to focus entirely on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• All last-minute changes, additional services, and related payments must be arranged directly with the vendor's office (Guests will be required to provide their email address to the vendor's office to enable direct communication regarding these requests.).Contact details will be provided in the booking confirmation.
• Charter extensions and additional services requested during the cruise may be accommodated, subject to operational availability. When possible, these arrangements can be organized during the charter and settled directly through the vendor's office (Guests will be required to provide their email address to the vendor's office to enable direct communication regarding these requests).

Cancellation Policy
For all cancellation or charter modification a service fee of 95€ will be applied in addition to the following:
- If the cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the service, 24% of the amount paid will be forfeited.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the beginning of the service, no refund will be possible.
