(soft bread, bacon, letucce, tomato); One salad of your choice: Nicoise Salad (salad, tomato, confit tuna, egg, anchovy, olive, bell pepper, radish) or Caesar Salad (salad, crouton, bacon, parmigiano, caesar dressing, chicken or gambas); One dessert of your choice: Chocolate mousse or Rice pudding
• Classic Lunch (minimum 2 orders) - Snacks: Quiche of the day with Artisan Salad & Parmesan Cheese, Vegetable hummus, Potato & Beetroot Chips; Salads: Peas salad (peas,grilled butternut, fresh goat cheese, caramelized hazelnut, lemon), Burrata - Tomato salad (mixed tomatoes, burrata cheese 125g, passion dressing); At choice: Marinated Chicken Skewers or Marinated Local Fish Skewers; Sides: Grilled vegetables & Rice Salad, Homemade Bread; Desserts: Homemade Cookie, Fresh Fruits.
