Booking PolicyFull payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation PolicyHigh season: If not possible to reschedule the appointment 100% will be forfeited.
Low season: Late May through October, 20% is non refundable at time of booking. 100% forfeited if cancelled within 7 days prior to activity starts.
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
