Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- SXM to SBH transfer - Princess Juliana Airport: At the Exit of the Shuttle - Entrance of the Terminal, a VIP Agent will wait for you with a sign with your name on it, then our Private taxi driver will take care of you to drive you to the Yacht.
- SBH to SXM transfer: Boarding location: at the Ferry Dock facing the Pharmacy a Gustavia Entrance
Additional Notes:
-Kindly note for Jet Ski activity a guide will be with you at all time.
-Motorized toys are restricted in the marine preserve.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the rates with the booking agent.
For any flights landing after 4pm at Juliana Airport, the night rate fee will apply.
From Dec 16 to Jan 10: extra cost will apply to the listed rate.
Booking needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
For all cancelation or charter modification a service fee of 110€ will be apllied in addition of the following:
- If the cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the service, 24% of the amount paid will be forfeited.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the beginning of the service no refund will be possible.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
