Postponement Requests

The island of St Barts has implemented a COVID protocol (view current St Barts Travel requirments) starting in August 2020 that has allowed guests to travel to St Barts. The entry protocols are reasonable and require a negative COVID test prior to arrival and retesting on day 7 of your stay if you intend to stay longer than 7 nights.  COVID testing on St Barts is readily available.

The island was nearly sold out for Christmas and New Years 2021. Restaurants and beaches are open. The island does not require quarantine.  The villas are welcoming guests.

At this point in time, the properties are not allowing cancellation or postpone since the borders are open and the island is receiving guests. In the event that the St Barts border closes to tourists, the properties will likely allow guests to postpone their stay. These policies are set by the villa owners and managers.

If you have a severe issue that prevents travel and wish to request a postponement, we will be happy to present your situation to the property for consideration. The owners have final approval and may consider a case by case basis.  For consideration please submit the following information. Please note that requests may take up to 1 week for a response.

WHAT OUR GUESTS ARE SAYING

"Really impressed with your company's service - from how we were picked up at the airport to having the car waiting for us and arranged to having Jeremy check us in on our return flight while we returned our car. Amazing"
