Bring world class cuisine into the privacy of your St Barts villa. The Prix Fixe service is a convenient and simple set pricing option for guests that wish to have a special dinner, celebratory brunch or a night of entertaining. Choose from a range of preselected options for a highly memorable occasion.
Option 1 - The Gourmet Dinners feature a chef prepared dinner with a set menu option. Guests will select a menu with an all inclusive price. With this option, a chef will arrive to the villa one hour prior, prepare the meal and serve guests. Minimum of 4 guests.
Option 2 - The Chef Gourmet Brunch options feature French and Caribbean food, prepared by our chef and served in the privacy of your villa. The chef will be available for 3 hours. Minimum of 8 guests.
Option 3 - For larger groups, the buffet option allows you to entertain guests at your villa. The buffet is set up and delivered to the villa. Service is not included but service staff can be added for an additional 240 Euros for 4 hours. Minimum of 10 guests.
For cancellations more than 45 days prior to service date, a 10% penalty will be incurred.
For cancellations less than 45 days, the chef service is non refundable. The grocery deposit will be fully refundable until 48 hours prior to the service date. A cancellation within 48 hours, unused grocery deposit will be refunded.
