Living up to its name, the Villa Sea, Sand and Sun in the Anse des Cayes area of St. Barts manages to capture the very essence of these three elements. Set just above the shore, it looks out at the beach, bay and sea beyond. From your wooden pool terrace, you can take in all of the sun you desire, lounging on the sun deck or strolling the gardens. You can then sit beneath the private portico and enjoy more time lounging or preparing meals for the al fresco dining spot.
This three-bedroom villa is provides guests with a true rarity, their own sandy lane that leads from the gardens to the beach below. Along the way, you can pop into your own gazebo and enjoy the waterfront in shade and privacy. You quite literally have your own beachfront and private little world, though you are a short drive to town. However, the luxury of this villa does not end with the outdoor spaces. From the terrace, you can step into the open air great room that captures the sea breezes, the sun and the gorgeous scenery.
In the great room, visitors can lounge in the cool and contemporary styling of the living room, or step over to the gourmet kitchen with a dazzling white décor that is the perfect complement to the rest of the space. Just outside of the kitchen is a stone patio ideal for cocktails or morning coffee.
The bedrooms are separate and private. One is a king suite with garden views towards the back of the villa. The other is an ocean view suite with queen bed. Both suites feature large and luxurious ensuite baths.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
