Villa Hill House St Barts. Naturally, a property with the name villa Hill House is going to be found on a hilltop, but this is no ordinary hilltop. The villa is in the Camaruche area of St. Barts and provides visitors with amazing and uninterrupted views of St. Martin in the distance. The impressiveness of the views are enhanced through the use of several terraces, including those on some of the bedrooms.
As a four-bedroom villa, the Villa Hill House delivers optimal privacy thanks to the setting and the surrounding plantings of mature trees and gardens. These gardens also help to define some of the shared spaces, including different lounge areas on the terraces. As the heart of the property, the terraces are where the infinity edge pool is found, the gazebo with banquet for large groups to lounge or dine together, and the various lounging and dining areas that are tucked along the front of the building.
There is a large, gourmet kitchen that features a dining area, and which opens directly to the pool. There is also a formal dining room, a breakfast nook, a coffee area, and more. The open-air living room is part of the open floor plan and it features a bar and separate powder room.
Each of the four bedrooms offers a large, en suite bathroom, but two of the bedrooms are housed in their own small bungalows. These have private terraces and small living rooms. They each open to the pool as well. The other bedrooms have ocean and garden views along with dressing rooms.
The entire property is equipped with top of the line technology, including WiFi and entertainment systems.
