In fact, visitors are often stunned by the bird's eye view of Gustavia harbor just below.
Of course, offering nice views is not only what gives this villa its appeal. It is also the many amenities and features of this distinctively designed and decorated property. It uses an open floor plan to ensure that everyone gets maximum access to the outdoors. The villa effectively captures delicious sea breezes, the ever-changing light, and the colors of the green hillside and turquoise seawaters.
In the shared living spaces visitors enjoy a gourmet kitchen that would please even a professional chef. This opens on to a breakfast bar that leads to the formal, indoor dining spot. This is open to a comfortable living room area with several lounging spaces. Everything faces outward to the infinity edge pool and the surrounding patio and terrace areas. In these spots, guests can enjoy dips at any time of the day or night, sip espresso from the al fresco dining area, or lounge with a good book.
There are those three bedrooms as well and each features excellent decor, an en suite bathroom, and most have views or access to the terrace beyond. The third bedroom is located in a small bungalow of its own for the ultimate in privacy, making it a good choice for a larger family, too.
Whether you want to visit St. Barts with friends or with your family, you'll want a scenic location close to all that the region has to offer. The Villa Cactus delivers more than that and is sure to please those who call it home while visiting this tropical paradise.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
