With a distinct Oriental style, the Villa Kuban in the Colombier area of St. Barts is a place of amazing scenery, inspiring interior design, and total relaxation. In fact, one look through this three-bedroom villa and you can see immediately that the layout has been thoughtfully done with guest satisfaction in mind.
The villa is divided into two floors with two of the bedrooms above, and one on the same level as the shared living spaces. On the main level there is the impressive kitchen that opens to an equally impressive indoor dining area. Take two steps down to the cool stone terrace and you reach another dining area ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
This spills into an oversized living room with enormous banquet sofa and other comfortable furnishings, and this leads further to a much larger al fresco dining area - all of which are beneath the covered terrace. Adjacent to this, and indoors is a den with plush furnishings and an array of electronics.
Step back outdoors and from beneath this terrace and you find the infinity edge pool and several stylish lounging areas. Surrounded by palms and mature growth, it will soon become everyone's preferred destination.
The main level also houses one of the bedrooms, and a central stair that is a showpiece of the house, leads up to the other two bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king beds and a private sunning terrace while another (the main level bedroom) offers twin beds and a sitting area along with a garden terrace of its own and a sun shower.

Do we share the villa?

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.

Once a reservation request is received, St. Barts Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve?

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Barts Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Is housekeeping included?

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and Christmas/New Year holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning.
