The One features three air-conditioned, ocean-view bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and refined decor. All bedrooms include king-size beds and dedicated workspaces. Two are located on either side of the living room with direct access to the terrace and pool, while the third enjoys a private balcony with sweeping views of the turquoise sea.

I have rented many villas in St Barts and St Martin, and The One is my favorite so far. We usually travel with friends, and The One is perfect for 2 couples (identical dual master suites). I read a “one star” review of this villa and cannot imagine feeling this way. If you open all of the doors you get a lovely airflow throughout the villa and the interior space is very high end, clearly done by an interior designer with talent and a solid budget. The little details are just perfect across the furniture, artwork, kitchenware, etc. The outdoor space is large, well appointed and has a great view. I will absolutely stay here again.
As has been the case every time I have booked with Isle Blue, we had a fabulous experience. Rob and Kate are knowledgeable and responsive. They also are connected with excellent onsite support. I highly recommend Isle Blue.
If you are looking for a high end villa with all the amenities, this is not the one (sorry for the pun). The views are very nice, and the location is excellent, but The One feels more like a built out storage unit than high end villa. In 20 years of renting villas on St Barts this would rank toward the bottom. There is no air conditioning in the living room and little breeze even with the sliding doors open given the layout. The locks on the sliding doors to enter are difficult to unlock and have to be unlocked with a key even from the inside. When we arrived, the freezer was not working and the ice cube maker was broken (easy for me to fix but should have been taken care of before we arrived). The sofas in the living room are more for show than functional (they fall apart when you lean back on). There are no screens on the doors so you either shut the doors at night and get no air, or mosquitos come in.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
