Sitting just above charming Gustavia, this spacious villa offers gorgeous views and an impressive amount of interior and exterior living space.
The villa is entered from the private garage at a lower level of the property, making it one of the most secluded spots imaginable. The shared living spaces have been designed as open air living rooms, and they frame the immense pool terrace. Featuring a lounging pavilion, infinity edge pool, furnished sun decks and al fresco dining area, it opens into the great room. Here, the chic style and design of the property continues with a palette emphasizing cream and slate. High ceilings and enormous glass doors on both walls capture the sea air and sunlight while preserving a sense of shaded coolness.
The lounge area opens to a rear garden with unique waterfall feature. Nearby is the dining suite, and this entire space opens into the amazing, gourmet kitchen. With high end appliances and everything done in stainless steel, it has a modern vibe while also being bright and welcoming.
The three bedrooms have each been designed as luxury suites and include a king suite with private terrace overlooking the sea, and an ensuite bath. Another king suite features a dressing area, private garden access and bath. The final bedroom is a king suite with private terrace with Jacuzzi, and ensuite bath.
The Corossol area is thriving and viewed as one of the most private and well-preserved spots in that area of the island. It is perfect for a small group of friends, the Villa Lao is a wonderful base from which to enjoy the delights of Gustavia, but also fine as a destination on its own.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
