Designed with flawless contemporary style, it sits low in the hills and uses local stone, wood and other natural materials to create a wonderfully organic and welcoming setting. At the front of the villa is the expansive terrace, and it allows you to take in that scenery from every corner. The elegant infinity pool is part of the view, and surrounded by stone and wood, it is a gorgeous sight, but also a wonderful spot for a morning dip or swim beneath the stars.
The pool is flanked by the wooden decking and terrace, which includes an open-air sun deck along with a covered portico. Supported by stone pillars, it features a large al fresco dining room and several lounge areas. With immense floor to ceiling doors, it allows easy egress into the interior spaces.
The great room easily lives up to such a name and uses an open floor plan to contain a large lounge, media room, formal dining room and kitchen. The main area features high, wooden barrel ceilings, stone floors and modern décor and furnishings that bring an amazing amount of style. Step through into the media room where you can enjoy a TV night or other entertainment. The kitchen is also a modern masterwork and features the very best appliances along with a stylish breakfast bar. It is open to the room, meaning you enjoy the sea breezes and sunlight even as you make a meal or snack.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
