A newly built villa, it offers a nice balance of indoor and outdoor living spaces designed to be both soothing and inspiring.
The pool terrace sits just below the villa and features the lawn and the wooden decking where a spacious lounge awaits. Just a few steps up brings you to the covered portico that runs the entire length of the villa, offering even more outdoor living.
Inside, the high ceilinged great room features a unique blend of all-natural materials. A dark wood ceiling balances beautifully with cool tile floors, and the contemporary furnishings offer comfort, style, and visual appeal. Large glass doors slide wide open to capture the delicious breezes coming in from the bay, and you can enjoy the living room, formal dining area, breakfast bar or even the full-sized gourmet kitchen, without missing a moment of the ever-changing sea, skies and scenery.
Set at the end of the great room area, the four bedrooms ensure visitors enjoy privacy while also taking in the impressive scenery. Each is a queen suite with private bath, and two even have private terraces.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
