One of the most famous Caribbean islands is that of St. Barts. Exclusivity wafts from it and its majestic presence, which is emphasized by the fact that there’s a specific route you have to take to get there after many hours of travel (depending on where you start from). But no matter what you have to do to make your way to St. Barts, you won’t regret going there, and you definitely won’t regret staying at the Flamands villa once you arrive.
This is a villa that offers line-of-sight to the ocean from many angles of the property, meaning that you’ll be treated to some of the most iconic tropical visuals that St. Barts has to offer, right from where you’re staying. This property is comprised of two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms, making it the perfect getaway for couples. Children are welcome, so your group can be made up of whatever age range you wish, but keep in mind that this villa only holds up to four guests at a time!
This is one of the most beautiful lofts in the area, partially due to their location, partially due to their opulence, and partially because they’re brand new. Located in the Flamands area, this villa faces the islet and beach, meaning that you will not only be treated to the sights that make St. Barts such an iconic location to visit, but you’ll also have a great view of the majestic and stunning sunsets. These are unparalleled sunsets – Caribbean sunsets are in another caliber. From Flamands villa, you will also be a few feet to the main entrance of Flamands Beach.
This loft also houses a large, lavish, and spacious living area. From the living area, you can access the outside deck and outdoor pool, meaning that within a few minutes of entering the villa for the first time, you can already be dipping into that pool and getting your relaxation on. If you don’t want to literally get your feet wet right away, you can get the appearance of being outside from all the sliding doors that line the house – open and close them at your leisure to enjoy the lights and outside view as much or as little as you want. No matter what you decide to do, spend some time on the huge terrace/balcony that comes as part and parcel for the villa, and let your cares wander away with every second you experience the Caribbean breeze.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
