This mid-sized villa makes up for its lack of chandeliers and sprawling gardens with its prime location and ultra-modern, sleek interior comforts. Enjoy an intimate weekend with friends or family in North Waves Villa where guests are encouraged to step through the back gate, onto the beach, and enjoy the waves.
North Waves Villa has three king-sized bedrooms with bathrooms, showers, flatscreen TV, A/C, safe, and vanity in each. The upstairs master bedroom includes a terrace with an ocean view. An infinity pool spills over the back deck onto a lower terrace where it cleverly serves as a viewing fountain, offering ambiance for those enjoying the lounge chairs looking out over the back lawn and Plage de Flamands, an uncrowded white sand beach in Flamand, St. Barts. The surf along the North Waves Villa can be a little unpredictable, so it is always recommended children be accompanied at the beach.
Two palms grace a green, fenced-in lawn for privacy, and three wrought iron chairs huddle around a fire pit feature for evening enjoyment. The back of the villa is a flat white saloon-style design with black storm shutters and red trim, mimicking the austere minimalism that persists inside the building, offset always by warm wood and palm.
The villa’s minimalist decor features a blank white canvas with island blue and exotic yellow accents in bedrooms and the living room. Round basin sinks, oval chairs, and bulbous lamps serve as contrast shapes against smooth, clean lines and sharp right angles. The theme is occasionally offset by warm wood, as in the coffee table, which is a flat tree round polished to smooth perfection.
On-staff concierges are available to assist in all the logistics of a guest’s stay, including express travel to and from the airport, charters, excursions, and adventures that every vacationer needs. Wherever you want to go, whatever you want to do, the details are smoothed out by the concierge—guests can focus solely on finding comfort in the luxurious white sands and soothing blue seas at St. Barts. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
