Villa Romance, St Barts, Flamands. High in the hills of the Flamands area of St. Barts sits the six-bedroom, villa Romance. A large and spacious island gem, it offers unprecedented views of the landscape and sea beyond. You can savor this scenery from the terraces attached to almost all of the bedrooms or from the shared living spaces.
The heart of the villa is the oversized pool terrace with an infinity-edge pool that gazes down to the views below. It backs up to an equally large terrace that features a full sun deck with sunbeds and lounges, as well as a shaded verandah furnished for outdoor living. In the cool beneath the verandah, you can dine al fresco, use the barbecue, or relax in the different lounging spaces. You are just steps from the interiors, and through the floor to ceiling glass doors you can step inside.
The interior features a classic great room with high ceilings and an open floor plan. Inside, is a beautifully decorated living room with a blend of Colonial and island-inspired décor mixed perfectly with modern elements and accents. Nearby is the full dining room area and just beyond is the modern kitchen. Open to the terrace and featuring a breakfast bar, it is equipped with the very best appliances and capable of easily cooking for a crowd.
The villa is divided between two levels and there are three on each level. Five have private terraces or access the main level terrace. They are all ensuite with their own baths with showers and dual vanities. Most have Apple TV and ocean views. Four are king suites and two are queen suites.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
