Located at the peaks above Gouverneur with panoramic views, Jasmine is tucked in a gated and secluded gated enclave shared with it's sister villas, villa Olive and villa Rose to provide up to 12 bedrooms. Meant to blend with its gorgeous natural surroundings, the villa is a visual treat. The architecture is subtle and effective, and the villa provides visitors with a remarkable experience of everything that signifies the Caribbean - air, sea, sky, and light. This is achieved by using a unique pavilion layout that holds the living area in the central pavilion and spreads the bedrooms to ensure privacy and tranquility.
The decor throughout the villa is dominated by a pale palette chosen specifically to soothe the sense and blend effectively with the airy environment created by the architectural design.
In the main pavilion is the remarkable terrace with its infinity pool and endless views. Here you can raise a salute to the sunset every evening from the bar, enjoy meals prepared in the gourmet kitchen, and dine in the different indoor or outdoor dining areas, including a walled garden.
Follow the wooden walkways to the two smaller bungalow-styled pavilions and you find the two main private and luxurious bedrooms. The remaining bedrooms are located on a lower section of the property just a short walk away. All feature en suite baths, and each bungalow has a private terrace. Each bedroom is equipped with modern electronics and stocked with luxury toiletries and linens. There is a second smaller pool.
The hillside surrounding the Villa Jasmine retains its natural beauty and is dotted with mature native trees, stone walls, and tropical flora and fauna. The appealing and popular Gustavia is just a short drive from the grounds, as well as the gorgeous Gouverneur beach. However, visitors may find it hard to leave the peace and tranquility of this flawless villa behind.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Please note that the villa will be closed for renovation from April 21st to November 15th, 2026 (renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms), and from February 1st to December 15th, 2027 (construction of the fifth bedroom and gym within the lower-level entertainment area). As a result, Villa Jasmine will operate as a 4-bedroom villa from Nov 15th, 2026, to February 1st, 2027. Updated photos and information will be shared once renovations are complete.
