A three-bedroom villa of astonishingly lovely design, it can accommodate up to six guests, who can then enjoy the amazing views, the impressive design, and the seemingly endless list of amenities. The villa is set on a rise that looks out over a dramatic cliff, curving bay, and glistening waters. Guests can enjoy this amazing perspective from the covered terrace and pool area.
Designed with the sea breezes and stunning sunlight in mind, the Villa La Roche Dans L'Eau provides guests not only with that front terrace area. There is a side garden, rear terrace, and an indoor dining area that has a distinctly al fresco feel. The gourmet kitchen and indoor living areas blend fluidly with the spaces outdoors. The living room is air conditioned. The master bedroom is on an upper level with impressive views of the entire area.
All three bedrooms have en suite baths and the property provides visitors with Wi-Fi, as well as a full entertainment system. Though the beach and pools of Grand Fond are but a few minutes away on foot, many guests may find it a struggle to leave the gardens, grounds, and unique property. The swimming pool has been designed to enhance that sense of the natural world and has an altogether unique appeal.
Whether you want to enjoy cocktails on the terrace at sunset, a breakfast with friends and family in the open air dining room, or a leisurely lunch by the pool, this villa offers a wonderful setting, privacy, and everything for a dreamy getaway.

This is an incredible, serene and private villa. It could not have been better suited for my family with small children. We enjoyed the pool immensely, the view was spectacular, and every touch and need was available. We will return to St. Bart's and will request this property again. Villa la Roche was everything we anticipated it would be, and more. Every review of this place is spot on so I don't want to get redundant here.This was our third trip to St. Barts, and our third villa. While the other villas were special in their own way, Villa La Roche just had the "it" factor. I won't say it all here so as not to ruin the element of surprise, but I will say, you will not regret your visit here.
We brought my in laws and my youngest son, 13. We stayed a little over two weeks and loved every second. The pool, obviously amazing, but the Sonos sound system was every thing.
Also, the owners are so warm and welcoming and the housekeeper is the best we've ever experienced anywhere. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The place is perfect, everything works, wonderful Sonos, TV, AC in every room. The property itself is beautiful! Very peaceful and well done, from the layout to the lighting everything was outstanding!! We will stay here again

La Roche was a very nice villa and quite possibly the best value on the island. The pool is second to none with the beach entry, natural rocks in the pool, and landscaping. My daughter took some incredible pictures and video with it in the background. The sound system (indoors/outdoors) is fabulous! The house itself will not disappoint - it is simple, tasteful, and upper end on decor. The surrounding area is remote and quiet. When outside we can hear the waves crashing the entire time. The beach is just a couple of minutes easy walk away on flat ground. We found the Washing Machine area - invigorating hike from the villa so take water with you! Kitchen had every thing we needed to cook, beds very comfortable.
St Barts Blue did a great job on arranging rental car and ferry transport from St Maarten

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
