Though small, the villa offers a tremendous amount of living space for up to four guests at once. It places an emphasis on the views of the harbor and the picturesque, red-roofed buildings that dot the landscape. Offering up a large and roomy terrace and an open floor plan "great room", the villa ensures that the scenery is optimized while also ensuring total privacy.
Visitors will love the high ceilings, pale palette, and chic decor that greet them upon entering the villa. The open walls to the terrace space capture the breezes, bringing the very best of the outdoors into the living areas. From the living room, with its entertainment center, the breakfast bar, or the gourmet kitchen, you watch the boats come and go, the sun rise or set, and the light change throughout the day.
Step out to the terrace to enjoy lounging beneath the gazebo or dine in the open air. Stroll to the other end for the formal dining spot, offering yet more views of the sea and the landscape. Your bedrooms, with large en suite bathrooms and entertainment systems also give you a glimpse of the Gustavia setting while also providing a private terrace too.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
