The first thing guests will notice about Villa Gustavia Bungalow is a suggestion of retro seventies style (complete with peg-legged furniture), but the color palette lacks the vulgarity of the seventies entirely, opting instead for white walls and floors, sheer curtains tied with yellow ribbons, gray couches, and light wood installments. Pops of yellow on the sky-blue and gray color scheme takes retro and makes it playfully modern, especially with the television and entertainment center built to cunningly blend into the Gustavia Bungalow’s architecture.

Through the sheer curtains, a glass door leads to the terrace where a small breakfast nook with a bistro set under a parasol invites coffee or mimosa brunches in the sultry Caribbean morning. Next to this the terrace lounge with three wicker armchairs, a sofa, and a small table sprawls beneath a parasol; then beyond that, a shaded private garden.

The Gustavia Bungalow’s kitchenette is fully equipped with a juicer, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and the kitchen sink on the island with a bar counter and stools.
