This four-bedroom masterpiece of classic island style is one of the famed red-roofed homes that make Gustavia such a charming view from the hills that surround it. With unimpeded views of the harbor, visitors can delight in the boats that bob in and out all day. They can do so from the comfort of their expansive private porch or their amazing and private pool terrace.
Easily one of the key attractions in the property, the pool terrace is made of native stone and includes full sized sun beds as well as classic loungers, and is framed by a lovely garden that screens swimmers and sunbathers from sight, while never interfering with the scenery. There is a large plunge pool ideal for evening, morning or daily visits, and it is just steps down from the oversized porch that lines the front of the villa.
The porch is furnished and designed as a full outdoor living space and includes comfortable lounging furniture as well as a full-sized dining room area. Traditional shutter doors open to the stylish interiors from an array of spaces on the porch and there is an abundance of suite vignettes to be enjoyed. The villa features an al fresco kitchen as well as an enormous gourmet kitchen just off the great room. Step inside and be enchanted by this well-appointed space with its oversized appliances and gear suited to a chef. Nearby is the high-ceilinged great room with its lounging area and laid-back dining room.
The four bedrooms include three double suites with direct terrace access and large and private bathrooms. All feature entertainment systems. There is the fourth bedroom that is also capable of being a double or dual single suite, and it too has private terrace and bath.
The Villa Gustavia Views is far more than just a spot to savor the scenery, and though you are walking distance from the delights of town, you may find it hard to tear yourself away from this charming hideaway.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
