Designed for relaxed island living, Villa Luz features generous indoor and outdoor spaces. Several inviting terraces—some partially covered—offer the ideal setting for sunbathing, dining al fresco, or enjoying cocktails while taking in the stunning surroundings. The private swimming pool provides another perfect spot to relax while admiring the sweeping ocean views.
The villa is arranged over two levels to fully embrace the panoramic scenery. The main level features a spacious terrace with a covered lounge and dining area, seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned living room. One comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed is also located on this level.
On the lower pool level, a second terrace is surrounded by three additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also includes two single beds, making it ideal for families traveling with children.
Just a short drive from the beautiful shores of Lorient Beach, Villa Luz offers easy access to the island’s beaches, restaurants, and attractions while maintaining a sense of privacy and tranquility.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Please note that during the Bucket Regatta week and Thanksgiving week, the villa is rented exclusively for a minimum of 7 nights and maximum bedroom occupancy. The dates are not fixed and the weekly rate applies to any bookings that include a holiday date.

Villa Luz will be under renovation from August 1 to November 1, 2026.
- The lower bungalow will be completely redesigned, including an enlarged bathroom and a reconfiguration of the space.
- The BBQ area will be covered.
- Routine maintenance painting will be completed throughout the property, including the roofs.
- All furniture will be freshly varnished.
