Villa Edunia is a beautiful, four-bedroom villa ideal for the most discerning travelers. It sits in the hills of the Lurin area of St. Barts, and gazes northwestward towards the utterly charming town of Gustavia. Home to some of the best shopping and dining, as well as popular and appealing Shell Beach, it is the perfect area for a visit to the island. Yet, the villa itself is so packed with luxurious amenities, amazing views, and non-stop comforts that it might be the sole focus of a visit.
After all, it features an expansive pool terrace that stretches the length of the property and ensures that the gaze heads down towards the town and valleys below. Because it offers unimpeded views from its hilltop setting, it is also the perfect spot to gather each day for a flawless sunset experience. The wooden sun deck makes this easier than ever, but the layout of the villa encourages experiencing the setting whether indoors or out. This is thanks to the inspired architecture of the structure with its front and rear terraces, central great room, floor to ceiling doors and remarkable interior design.
The pool area is a popular gathering spot, and yet it backs up to the terrace which is furnished as both an outdoor living room and al fresco dining spot. This opens inward to the high ceilinged great room that relies on an open floor plan to ensure sea breezes, sunlight and views are enjoyed from every possible angle or location. Whether making a meal or drink in the modern and inspiring gourmet kitchen, sitting with coffee at the breakfast bar, dining at the formal dining table, or reclining in the incredibly stylish living room area with its high end entertainment system, those views will always be present. The four bedrooms are also meant as retreats, and three feature king beds, private terraces or pool terrace access, and large ensuite baths. The master suite is similar, but features a bit more space, both a garden and pool area terrace, and a premium ensuite bath. All bedrooms feature entertainment systems, Wi-Fi and amazing views.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
