Villa Fleur de Cactus St Barts. Elegant and clean lines personify villa Fleur de Cactus located in the Lurin area of St. Barts. Multiple levels provide an enormous amount of space and light, and this three-bedroom villa is sure to impress with unimpeded views and daily sunsets.
With its view of St. Jean Bay, the Villa Fleur de Cactus and proximity to Gustavia, you might believe it is a nice base to explore the area. However, the impressive design, luxury amenities, and gorgeous setting will make it challenging to tear yourself away from the grounds.
The Villa Fleur de Cactus is built with its lovely and expansive infinity edge pool as the focal point. With a separate gazebo for lounging, the terrace is a major attraction. However, it also features a covered portico for dining, a sundeck, and another lounge adjacent to the kitchen as well. Two of the three bedrooms also feature terraces, but these are found in the upper level of the property and overlook the pool and terrace area below.
The lower level is where one of the bedrooms and all of the shared living spaces are found. Here guests will enjoy the airy and spacious floor plan, which houses a large gourmet kitchen. This is kept separate from the living space by a trendy and stylish breakfast bar. There is also a formal dining area indoors, as well as the comfortable and well designed living room with entertainment system.
All of these spaces do lead to the outdoors and the terrace. An al fresco dining area features a barbecue and a separate banquette seating area makes for an ideal spot for cocktails each evening.
Perfect for families and groups of friends, the Villa Fleur de Cactus is also good for business travel and entertaining. Impressive and yet restful, it is the epitome of sophisticated Caribbean style.

Do we share the villa?

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Can you explain the reservation process?

Once a reservation request is received, St. Barts Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve?

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Barts Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Is housekeeping included?

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and Christmas/New Year holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning.
