The focus of the design in this newly built villa is to bring the feeling of outdoors to the interior spaces. This is done flawlessly through the use of large and open living spaces, natural materials, and truly impressive decor.
The centerpiece of the Villa Floating Garden is the large infinity edge pool that runs the length of the property. Set into a wooden surround, it features an open sun deck as well as a covered pergola area. The shared living spaces face directly towards the pool and provide guests with that sense of outdoors thanks to the open-air design. No walls impede the trade winds and sunlight, and so even those working in the kitchen feel as if they are just a step from nature.
The floor plan places the kitchen at the back, and adjacent to a back yard area with an al fresco dining space, and also facing towards the formal dining area and living room. This merges outward with the terrace area, where further seating and lounge spaces can be used for evening cocktails.
The three bedrooms each open to a private terrace of their own and provide guests with stunning ocean views. They all have en suite bathrooms and are equipped with their own entertainment systems.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
