It is a three-bedroom property that offers you a wealth of amenities and features while also putting you in a fantastic location just minutes from the sea.
For most visitors, the enormous pool area is going to become a favorite spot to gather and spend many hours. A generously sized pool is wrapped by the stone terrace. It features a sun deck with bold, red sun beds, a barbecue space, and a covered terrace that provides you with a full-sized outdoor living room and dining area.
The interior spaces of this villa are just as refreshing and welcoming as those you will enjoy outdoors. The villa uses a classic design and features a great room that houses the living room, kitchen and formal dining spot. The kitchen here also offers a breakfast bar and features full-sized and modern appliances. The living room is equipped with an entertainment system as well, and all of this faces towards your non-stop views through a bank of glass doors.
Located as it is on a hillside, the villa is divided into two levels. The upper level is where the pool and shared living spaces are found, along with two of the three bedrooms. The third is on a lower level. The upper bedrooms have king beds, private terrace access to the pool, and large, luxurious bathrooms. The lower suite offers dual twin beds that can become a king, and this area features a private sun terrace along with its ensuite bath.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
