Villa Manoir De Lurin St Barts. Villa Manoir De Lurin on St Barts is a "manoir" by every sense of the word. From the French word for manor, it is indeed a stately and verdant estate of gardens, elegant architecture and richness. Designed to give guests a sense of Provence with it's immense space, breathtaking views and manicured landscaping, it features many large garden areas with plenty of elegant and comfortable furnishings to sit and enjoy. There are stone buildings spread out on the property, and they house private bedrooms and shared living spaces.
There are six large and luxurious bedrooms in the Villa Manoir De Lurin, and each is an experience in itself. Those in the main building provide impressive views of Lurin and St. Jean; the three in their own bungalows are actually entirely independent. They have small kitchens, lounge areas, en suite bedrooms, private gardens, and optimal privacy.
The shared living spaces in the main building include the gourmet kitchen and the beautifully designed and furnished living room - with a billiard table - and which opens directly to the gardens or the pool area. Though a destination of its own, since it is not attached to the main house, the pool also features a dining area, outdoor cooking equipment, and a gazebo for shelter.
The entire villa has been created to nurture a sense of peace and serenity by placing guests in such a green and peaceful setting meant to be explored casually. While it is nearby the charms of town - including excellent restaurants and shops of Gustavia, as well as Caribbean beaches - the retreat-like feel to the Villa Manoir De Lurin will make it difficult to leave. As a true oasis for up to ten visitors, it would make a dream of a getaway for family or friends, but could also serve as the ultimate spot for an actual, private retreat meant to really open the mind.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
