Recently constructed over two levels, Villa 3H is a true gem, with breathtaking vistas over St-Jean and the road to Saline. Its semi-circular design maximizes natural light, offering multiple perspectives of the ocean and surrounding hills. Inside, the white decor and vaulted ceilings in the lounge area create a serene atmosphere, complemented by plush sofas and sweeping views of the terrace and infinity pool, which seems to flow seamlessly into the deep blue ocean. At the rear, the lush garden with a gazebo provides a peaceful escape. Adjacent to the terrace with a barbecue area, the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar flow into an elegant dining room, offering a refined space for relaxation. On the lower level, a cinema room featuring red armchairs invites you to enjoy a cinematic experience like no other.
The infinity pool, facing the stunning ocean, reflects the deep blue of the sea, creating an extraordinary 180° view that showcases the captivating beauty of the surroundings. Under the covered terrace, daybeds and armchairs offer a luxurious setting to unwind, while the al fresco dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with an incredible backdrop. Exclusively accessible from the master bedroom, a second swimming pool provides an intimate oasis surrounded by a charming garden, ideal for peaceful, relaxing moments.
Villa 3H boasts 9 luxurious bedrooms. The main level features the master bedroom with a king-size bed, armchairs, ocean views, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and outdoor shower, and a private terrace with loungers and its own pool. Three additional king-sized bedrooms on this level also offer armchairs, ocean views, terraces, and en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs, accessible via a staircase, two more king-sized bedrooms await, each with TVs, terraces, ocean views, and en-suite bathrooms. Two studio suites are also available: one with a king-size bed, kitchenette, and living area, and the other in a separate building with two bedrooms, a king-size bed, a single bed, a bathroom, kitchen, and furnished terrace. A massage room and fitness center are also located on this lower level.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
