Villa Captiva is a spacious and beautiful property located in one of the most desired areas of St Barts. The villa is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests of all ages. It comes with six spacious and well-equipped bedrooms and six modern private bathrooms. The main purpose of the Villa Captiva is to offer a spacious dwelling that groups of friends and family members can use to bond, socialize, and dine with each other. This is clear when you walk through the door and take in the comfortable living room, office, several dining areas, and fully equipped kitchen. It features a back kitchen for a chef and a media room upstairs for watching films together.

Guests can reach the bungalows through garden pathways or a small staircase. Each area has privacy through a tropical garden and comes equipped with a private bathroom, a dressing area, and a television. Most of the bedrooms also include a terrace. One room is created just for kids with bunk beds and a connection to a room with a king bed.

While spending time at Villa Captiva, guests will have staff to handle all of their needs. A property manager is on-call for questions, while a housekeeper stops in to tidy up most days of the week. A pool maintenance person and gardener ensure the outside of the villa looks just as good as the inside. A concierge team can also help with chef services, booked excursions, pre-stocking, and more.

This villa is the epitome of luxury and offers easy access to Marigot Bay. You can look out over the still waters and dip your feet in the white sand.
