Built across several levels and connected by exterior staircases, the villa opens onto breathtaking views of the island’s crystal-clear turquoise waters framed by lush tropical vegetation. The living room, fully open to the terrace and main pool, features comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and soft, refined décor bathed in natural light. Adjacent to the living space, the indoor dining area accommodates up to ten guests and sits beside the fully equipped kitchen with a central island, stools, and additional dining space. Large openings onto both the ocean-view terrace and the side garden flood the interior with soothing light, enhancing the villa’s poetic and relaxed ambiance.
At the front of the villa, the main terrace offers a spectacular panorama of the sparkling ocean and endless horizon. An outdoor lounge with sofas and armchairs shaded by a large parasol creates the perfect setting for leisurely afternoons. The main swimming pool glistens under the Caribbean sun, directly facing the sea. To the side, a second terrace lined with palm trees features sun loungers in a truly paradisiacal atmosphere. Villa RIVA features four air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, thoughtfully spread across the property. The master bedroom, located on the main level, offers a king-size bed, a private terrace with deckchairs facing the view, and an additional outdoor shower. The three remaining bedrooms, furnished with king- and queen-size beds, are located on the lower level and accessed via an exterior staircase and small path. Connected by an outdoor corridor, they offer a true immersion in Caribbean nature, with the ocean as their magnificent backdrop and the second pool just steps away.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
