Armor

The coveted and exclusive Mont Jean area of St. Barts is the location for the Villa Armor. It sits above the Pointe Milou area, meaning it has fantastic views of the sea and the west, promising great sunsets each evening.  A hillside villa, it gives you excellent views of Tortue and even St. Martin in the distance.

Using classic design and an appealing palette of creamy yellow with pale blue accents, it features a collection of bungalow-style buildings that combine to make it a three-bedroom paradise. The heart of it all is the unique pool area with its oblong pool surrounded by a picturesque stone terrace. Potted plants and mature palms add appealing accents, and the gentle arch of the terrace meets the private expanse of lawn, offering a lovely space to sunbathe or lounge.

In fact, the entire property is dotted with small lounging spaces or niches where you will discover many places to savor morning coffee, evening cocktails, hours of conversation, or a favorite book.

The covered terrace offers a barbecue area, dining niche and outdoor lounge as well. The breakfast bar beneath the portico also opens into the kitchen, enabling those preparing meals or snacks to enjoy the sea breezes and scenery even as they work. The kitchen is a professional space with modern appliances and marble countertops, making it easy and enjoyable to use.

From the terrace area, visitors enter the great room with its open floor plan that includes a living room with enormous banquette sofa and TV niche. There is a casual dining area, and another access into the kitchen.

There are three bedrooms, and each features a private bath and access to the grounds. Two are king suites and the third features two twins.

The Villa Armor is a perfect base from which to explore St. Barts, but it can also easily serve as your only holiday destination thanks to its beauty, comfort, luxury and privacy.
