Villa Coco Rock on St Bart. The rustic chic villa Coco Rock on St Barts is a newly built villa situated in highly private Petit Cul de Sac. The villa uniquely blends new world and old word charm to yield a unique and inviting environment.
The 6 bedroom villa estate is composed of multiple buildings that spread throughout the remote hillside location to ensure space and privacy for guests. A perfect complement for groups looking for a central gathering area but yet their own private retreat.
The lowest level is the parking area and the master bedroom suite set in a separate bungalow surrounded by tropical landscaping. Right up a flight of stairs is the central living area of the villa with it's beautiful pool, outdoor area and open concept living and kitchen area. The terrace offers a shaded al fresco dining area with a large dining table suitable for up to 16 guests. Impressive views extend over Petit Cul de Sac as well to provide a unique gathering point to ensure a perfect place to entertain either for a lively or serene atmosphere.
Up further is an additional pavilion with two en suite bathrooms each fitted with outdoor showers as well. On the upper level of the estate is the 4th pavilion that features an additional three bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and a shared terrace to take in the stunning views.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
