On a small rise above the Petit Cul de Sac waterfront in St. Barts, it is a four-bedroom property that features enormous private gardens and grounds.
You will marvel at your private fleet of swaying palms, the enormous garden with several walks, and a pri, private sunbathing area with many sun beds. Your outdoor living spaces also include several sun decks close to the pool, an al fresco dining area beneath the shade of the palms, and that stunning pool as well. The main outdoor living spaces are good news to those who want to savor the fresh sea air, the beauty of a Caribbean sunrise or sunset, and the hours of light. However, the interior spaces are just as appealing.
You can make your way to the impressive entrance from the enormous terrace. Furnished in a classic French style, it welcomes you with Persian rugs, Louis XIV framed mirrors, marble floors, and generously proportioned rooms. Whether you are in the salon that faces the gardens and features an office area, the casual living room with banquette sofas and an entertainment system, the indoor dining room, or the stunning marble kitchen with its high-end appliances, you will love your time indoors.
The six bedrooms offer the same elegant décor and spaciousness. With a king and queen suite with a large ensuite bath, ocean or garden views, high-end electronics, and satellite TV. Guests can also enjoy time in the fully-equipped fitness center at one end of the villa as well.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
