Set in a very exclusive spot in the Petit Cul de Sac area of St. Barts, within the gated community of Domain du Levant means several important things - first, it will give visitors some of the most amazing sunset views imaginable. Second, it is sure to be a sophisticated and private setting. Finally, it delivers some non-stop enjoyment of the best the Caribbean environment offers, from sea breezes and starry skies to dazzling sun and the sound of the surf.
Of course, the Domaine du Levant location of the Villa Lagon Vert on St Barts is not enough to make it outstanding, but the design and decor of this property most certainly are. Additionally, the amenities and features in this luxurious property make it similar to a private resort for up to fourteen guests.
With seven bedrooms, each with a massive and modern en suite bathroom, it is a very private place to just unwind and relax. The villa is designed in a way that allows it to be enjoyed almost from every spot on the grounds. There are two swimming pools, including a central pool around which the villa has been constructed, and a lap pool that is adjacent to one of the bedrooms.
In addition to the pools, and their surrounding terraces and lounging areas, there is also the central structure that features a "nouveau" French and industrial style. Within this building are shared living spaces that use an open-air design to deliver maximum enjoyment. The gourmet kitchen is open to the dining area as well as the outdoor dining areas. The living room is also comfortable and spacious, opening to the terrace, and a separate media room acts like a private theater.
An access at “form fitness” (a fitness club in Lurin) is included with the villa.
Villa Lagon Vert has its own parking and is next to Villa Lagon Bleu and Villa Lagon Rose if you are coming with a larger group.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
