If you’ve been looking for a child-friendly resort vacation that will stay with you for decades in the future, then look no further than the Only You villa. Located on St. Barts in the Petit Cul de Sac, Only You is a new villa that is located in the heart of a very private subsection of Levant. This villa will offer you and yours a true slice of that delicious pie called “peaceful relaxation,” and it does so in several ways – the first of which is by granting you private access to the beach.
This villa is split into five separated bungalows, all of which are located on either side of grand swimming pools that offer a more water-safe option for any children in your party. Each of the five bungalows also has adjoining access to an ensuite bathroom, meaning that if you don’t want to leave the bungalow (except for food), you don’t have to!
Two swimming pools are constantly heated, meaning that even if you and your family travel in the winter, you’ll still be able to enjoy water activities without worrying about catching a chill. Access the beach or the pools from the terrace, which offers stunning views of the pools if you want to have your kids be independent without taking your eyes off of them.
Each of the five bungalows is decorated in a different style, allowing for diversity and for the people in your group to choose whichever décor works best for them. Keep in mind that all of them are decorated to offer charming styles and that each bit of furniture and placement of art is done with taste and care so that you can experience the most of this opulent villa.
The villa also offers access to a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art indoor kitchen that is attached to a large living room that is meant to fit as many as 10 guests in the space at once. If your group is comprised of introvert sightseers, they’ll have access to the indoor entertainment center as well as the outdoor lounge which is also another location to access the television(s). You’ll also be able to access the bar from the outdoor location.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
