The spacious living area opens to both the ocean-facing terrace and a lush garden patio, and features a comfortable lounge with an HD screen, a dining area for ten, and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen.
For alfresco dining, a second dining space with a barbecue and pizza oven is located beside the garden terrace - perfect for memorable meals under the stars. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking ocean views, allowing the warm Caribbean light to fill the villa and create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
The front terrace boasts sweeping sea vistas and a stunning geometrically designed heated pool, complete with small cascading waterfalls and sun loungers. Villa Paulista features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with king-size beds, private en-suite bathrooms, and mesmerizing views of the sea. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor - one includes a private outdoor shower - while the other two are upstairs, accessible by an indoor staircase. The upper-level rooms each offer private terraces, with one showcasing a luxurious bathtub. A cozy library and reading nook on the lower level adds to the villa’s inviting charm.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
