Villa Adharra, St Barts, Pointe Milou. Villa Adharra is located along the northern coast of St. Barts and is part of the coveted Pointe Milou area. Offering fabulous sunrise and sunset views, it is a good option for a family or set of discerning travelers eager to take in the delights of the island. It is only recently renovated and includes an amazing array of updates and upgrades to what was already a great property.
At the heart of the three-bedroom villa is the pool terrace with its wooden deck and infinity edge pool that gazes out towards the stunning scenery. It is furnished with sun beds and stylish modern bean-bag chairs that are remarkably cozy spots for lounging and sunbathing. At one end of the deck is the dining pavilion that offers a sheltered space from which to enjoy a meal, morning coffee, or some sky viewing.
Just off the deck are oversized doors that take visitors into the spacious and Zen-inspired interiors. There is the classic great room that is the hallmark of many island villas, and it features high, white ceilings, soothing stone floors, and island-inspired décor that pairs oversized white sofas and chairs with pops of saturated and sunny yellow and sea blue. There is a large lounge, a charming dining suite, a breakfast bar, and the amazing kitchen with all that would be needed to prepare a meal of any kind.
The villa is split between upper and lower levels, with the enormous master suite taking up the entire lower level. All of the bedrooms have private baths, and upper-level suites feature direct pool area access. The master suite is a king suite with a lounge area and entertainment system.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
