This villa is very unique as it keeps the private swimming pool tucked at the back of the house. Surrounded by mature growth and a stone terrace, it is a real destination all its own. With loungers and an outdoor seating area, it is adjacent to the wide-open shared living spaces too.
Step from the sun of the terrace to the shelter of the al fresco dining pavilion, and from there you are just a few simple steps into the kitchen. Stop to whip up a drink or snack, or pass through the kitchen to the wooden deck at the front of the house. From here, you can enjoy a safe and easy stroll to the private beach below, or you can take a quick turn and make your way to the living room. With its high ceilings and open-air design, it allows you to enjoy the sights at the pool or out to sea as you relax in total comfort on the plush furnishings or catch up on TV.
The bedrooms offer private en suite bathrooms. One features a queen bed and direct access to the rear terrace, though it has great ocean views. The second bedroom has twin beds and excellent views of the sea.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
