Tucked into a private and gated community, the villa is framed by private gardens and a small army of native palms. This ensures plenty of screening and lots of spaces to explore and enjoy. Start with the pool terrace that uses an infinity-edge pool to frame the amazing views. Savor them from the full-sized sun “beds” that sit in the shade of a charming row of palms. If the day is warm, stroll to the gazebo at the far end of the pool and hop into one of the shaded hammocks.
When it’s time to head inside, there is a low deck that leads into the shared and private living spaces. With their open-air design, these interiors blur the lines between indoors and out, especially the great room which features floor to ceiling doors at both ends. Sit and enjoy the sea breezes and sunlight in the gorgeous living room. With a massive banquette sofa and innovative furnishings emphasizing modern use of classic materials, it is a wonderful gathering spot.
When it is time to dine, the formal dining room sits just inside from the gardens and features an immense table with a unique “turning” feature that allows family meals to be easily shared. It is steps from the opulent, gourmet kitchen that is spartan in appearance but well-stocked with high-end appliances and equipment. The four bedrooms are each designed as a master suite and feature huge floor plans with king beds gazing out toward the views. Each room has a dressing area and workspace, a lounging area, and opens to the gardens or terrace. All of the bedrooms are ensuite and feature premium fixtures.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

A Kia Picanto is provided with an option to upgrade the car model for an additional charge.
