Numbering among the first luxury properties to be created in St. Barts during the 1970s, the Villa Yellowbird hastens visitors back to an era of authentic Caribbean design and truly unique style. However, this four-bedroom property has been completely renovated to offer the most modern amenities and rates as a truly wonderful and rare find. With its dedication to warm and inviting décor, it uses a blend of contemporary and even mid-century modern pieces. These blend seamlessly together to provide guests with a host of comforts in a truly stylish setting.
The property uses a great room floor plan that features a high ceiling in the living room, and which drops lower into the formal dining room and kitchen space. Here, a breakfast bar leads to the enormous glass doors that face out towards the terrace and the amazing views. There is a lovely swimming pool on the terrace and it allows you to take a cool dip as you gaze down at the Marigot beachfront or at the mature nature preserve that actually surrounds the villa's property.
The terrace also offers up al fresco dining beneath the comfort of a shady pergola. Indoors, there is a TV room that can easily serve as a place to curl up with a good book or spend hours chatting. A fully-equipped fitness room also features amazing views and allows you to stay in shape during the most sumptuous holiday.
There are four bedrooms in this villa, and each is a retreat of its own. One bedroom features a private terrace, queen bed, and ensuite bath. Another features double bed, and ensuite bath. A third offers a double bed and a private deck along with an ensuite bath and a fourth is the master with its double bed, private terrace and ensuite bath.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
