The Bel Air villa has five bedrooms, all of which offer adjoining ensuite bathrooms as well, making this a great villa choice for families or groups comprised of couples. No matter the makeup of your group, you’ll find it easy to entertain everyone in your party, even if your group is made up of introverts and extroverts.
The Bel Air villa is only a few minutes’ walk away from St. Jean and stunning views that will be too eye-catching to ever capture properly, even with the most high-quality camera. This means that you can wander into town to get your fill of other people before returning to the privacy of your quiet villa with or without the others in your group. Situated high on the hills above St. Jean, you’ll be treated to phenomenal views of the ocean and St. Jean, as well as the Salines side of the island. For those guests who want to truly experience a private retreat away from the daily grind, they’ll be afforded quiet and privacy as well as modern conveniences and state-of-the-art appliances and furnishings.
Recently renovated, the Bel Air villa offers access to luxurious gardens and other professionally-landscaped areas, meaning that you’ll be able to see stunningly-decorated grounds from the moment you drive from the gate to the villa. Much of the foliage acts as part of the larger breezy space that serves as the dining area and the terrace and offers up many of those aforementioned breathtaking views. Set your children loose in the garden so that they can run around and play while you get some time to yourself to relax without keeping them out of earshot. Or, set them to swimming at the large pool area while you lounge nearby on the comfortable chairs and treat yourself to some rays.
For the introverts amongst you, all the rooms are equipped with entertainment systems that are connected to U.S. Satellite and Apple TV, and there are entertainment and media options in the entertainment room, as well.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
