Built on different levels, the villa invites you to discover its unique layout. As you open the grand wooden door, you will be greeted by a charming terrace adorned with a swimming pool and comfortable sun chairs, all overlooking the mesmerizing view.
Just a few steps away, on the lower level of the house, you will find a spacious suite boasting a private bathroom, a serene terrace, and a panoramic sea view from the comfort of your bed.
Ascending the staircase, you will reach the main floor, where the heart of the villa awaits. Here, you will discover a stylish living room seamlessly connected to an open kitchen, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing. Step onto the covered terrace, where a dining table invites you to savor meals while enjoying the magnificent backdrop. A patio at the back of the house adds an extra touch of tranquility.
Two additional rooms await, each tucked away in individual bungalows that offer utmost privacy. The first room, considered the Master, showcases a breathtaking view of the bay, providing a remarkable sight to wake up to. The second room, though slightly smaller, offers the same level of comfort and tranquility.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Please note that during the Bucket Regatta week and Thanksgiving week, the villa is rented exclusively for a minimum of 7 nights and maximum bedroom occupancy. The dates are not fixed and the weekly rate applies to any bookings that include a holiday date.
