This charming 3-bedroom villa overlooks the cobalt waters of Lorient’s Bay in Saint Jean, St Barts. The ideal place to visit if all you want is to soak up the gorgeous views of the Caribbean waters. This two-story villa is a comfortable oasis, with a large and private balcony where you can enjoy a dinner or lunch in the balmy ocean air. Enjoy the sounds of the waves in the early morning sunshine while you recline on one of the sunchairs available on the deck. A spacious retreat for six with a fully equipped kitchen that even has its own espresso machine. The spacious bedrooms have queen-sized beds or double twins. You won’t have a care in the world because Idalia is equipped with all the modern conveniences including WiFi, a DVD Player, and satellite TV.
The decor is light and island inspired. The view is more than breathtaking anywhere in the house but especially from the private deck. This villa offers a good value for a proper tropical beach vacation. Spend your evening dining and enjoying the nightlife in St. Jean. Visit one of the many beaches in the area for playing in the surf; there are plenty of beach towels stocked in the villa!
The villa has a traditional island feel with tall ceilings and white tile floor, you will feel like a true islander with the views of the ocean visible straight from your comfortable bed. While you are visiting, you can sleep easy knowing that the home is well-maintained and the manager is on call should a need arise. Housekeeping will take care of the tidying up, so you can spend your time worrying about all the island activities. Do we share the villa?

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Once a reservation request is received, St. Barts Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve?

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Barts Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Is housekeeping included?

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and Christmas/New Year holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning.
