With its colorful name (translating from the French to mean the Red House), the Villa La Maison Rouge (LMR) lives up to the moniker and is one of the most vibrantly colored living spaces imaginable. Set above St. Jean Bay, it looks out over an amazing scene that includes the verdant hills and the turquoise sea, yet the property itself is appealing to the eye as well.
The bold red roof of the classic villa is one of the first things you will notice, but in glancing around you'll see the lime green portico, the red and turquoise of the lounge furniture and the deep red that sets the energetic tone in the shared living spaces. This property features a main villa and two smaller end buildings that all wrap the impressive pool terrace, and each area is a perfect balance of style, color and comfort.
The pool is easily the heart of the villa, and is an infinity edge gem that is framed at both ends by sundecks dotted with comfortable loungers. There is a hot tub, and a covered terrace that provides outdoor living spaces. A beautifully furnished lounge features a banquette for hours of comfort, and the al fresco dining is a perfect place to barbecue and savor morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Inside the main villa, a great room floor plan allows you to gaze at that scenery, savor the sea breezes and relax in your large living room with its bold red sofas and contemporary accents. There is also a futuristic dining room and the fabulous gourmet kitchen that features brilliant red cabinetry, black marble work surfaces and the very best appliances.
The bedrooms are also colorful, but they are in an array of subtler hues. The master suite is turquoise and white, offering a king bed, private terrace, outdoor shower and large ensuite bath. Another king suite is in eggplant and lime green, offering a king bed and large bath. The final bath is grey and cherry and features a private bath and king bed. All have views to the sea.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
