Designed to accommodate up to ten guests across five bedrooms and a studio, the villa unfolds gracefully over three levels. Crossing a charming bridge above a tranquil lily pond sets the tone for the retreat’s serene ambiance. Inside, the main level features a stylish contemporary living room that opens onto the expansive terrace. This inviting space offers plush sofas for gatherings, a large billiard table that converts into a dining table, and a fully equipped professional kitchen.
Step outside to discover a plancha/BBQ area—perfect for grilling fresh lobster while enjoying the sweeping ocean views. An alfresco dining table, shaded from the sun and equipped with a refreshing misting system for warm days, complements the outdoor living experience. The terrace also boasts a comfortable lounge area that can be enclosed to shield against the wind or opened to capture the ocean breeze.
On the main level, guests will find an office and the master suite, featuring a king-size bed overlooking the sea, dual bathrooms with showers, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Bedroom Three: Also with partial sea views, this cozy wooden room is on the lower right side of the pool. It features a sitting area with TV, king-size bed, coffee machine, closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom Four (Apartment): Located at the far end of the pool terrace, this private apartment includes a living area, kitchenette, washing machine, separate bedroom, and bathroom—ideal for staff or independent guests.

Bedroom Five (Studio): Situated on the villa’s lowest level with its own entrance and private parking. This spacious studio offers a king-size bed, sitting area, extensive closet space, a kitchen with washing machine, and a private bathroom. While it doesn’t have sea views, it opens onto a garden with a jacuzzi for peaceful relaxation.
The villa’s heated pool is the perfect place to soak up the sun or unwind in the evening. Indoors, entertainment abounds—challenge friends to a game of billiards, enjoy a movie night, indulge in a hydro-massage, or stay active in the private fitness room.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
