I was so happy staying at Reef Point. We are very familiar with St Barths but have always stayed on the hillside in the past so being in the middle of St Jean was a first for me and it was fantastic. I loved that I didn’t need to bring the car to go the beach or shops as the villa is within walking distance. The car was only brought out when we wanted to go to other beaches and visit Gustavia so we hardly used it. The villa itself is gorgeous and the views are fabulous.

What more could anyone ask for – a weeklong stay with my family. Waking up each morning with St Jean beach in front of you was simply breathtaking. The villa was pristine, spacious and modern with a lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend a stay here. Plus, you are just a 2 minute drive to the best shopping and restaurants.
We have just returned from two weeks in St Barths. Reef Point was our second villa. It was so beautiful in a great location. We walked to the beach everyday which took approx 5 minutes. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
