Villa Sunrise St Barts. The St. Jean area of St. Barts is among the most popular, thanks to its excellent beaches, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. It is incredibly scenic too, and the Villa Sunrise really captures this area at its best. Visitors to this hilltop villa will enjoy some of the most excellent views, but it is also the amenities throughout that will be sure to delight.
The villa uses traditional architecture, with high ceilings and roomy interiors that flow naturally from one space to another. The enormous kitchen leads to a breakfast bar, and this leads to an outdoor lounge spot, and this takes you to the impressive terrace. With the use of the pale palette and a lot of natural materials, the property could be called classic, but there is also a fun and funky element at work in the decor, which will appeal to a wide array of visitors.
The kitchen features gorgeous hand painted tiles and a lot of stone work, it offers a full array of kitchen gear to ensure that meal and snack preparation is easy, and because it is open to the view, it is a truly enjoyable space in which to spend time. The other shared living spaces open to the terrace as well, and here you find the covered terrace with an al fresco dining spot that looks out over the gorgeous swimming pool area.
The pool is surrounded with terra cotta tiles and mature plantings, and a definite sense of the tropics is felt as soon as you step into the gorgeous sunlight. From this terrace you get the full view of the St. Barts area below.
There are four bedrooms in the large Villa Sunrise, and three are on the living level while the fourth is tucked below. They all offer large en suite bathrooms and large beds. When you want to be in a popular spot in St. Barts, but you also want peace and quiet, this villa will definitely answer your needs.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
